1.2 Worthiness Mindset

THE WORTHINESS MINDSET

Change your thoughts and you change your world.

~ Norman Vincent Peale

If you want to achieve good things in life, you have to have a sense of worthiness, deep down.

The WORTHINESS MINDSET thinks like this...

“I am worthy of good stuff happening to me.”

“I deserve success.”

“I invest in myself because I’m worth it.”

”I have my own unique point of view.”

”I’m okay with putting myself out there.”

”I’m just as deserving as the next person.”

Practice saying these types of statements to yourself. (And let go of thoughts that are the opposite of this mindset.)

The feelings of worthiness or unworthiness is not always something we're completely aware of. In other words, you could have deep-seated feelings of unworthiness and not even know it! Also known as a blindspot...

It's important to shift your mindset around to acknowledging your worthiness. Make sure your mindset is on-track for success by practicing the thoughts listed above. Think it, say it, believe it!
